Shipping

Please be aware of any shipping requirements. Due to potential challenges with shipping, we encourage you to travel with any items you wish to distribute. If you are planning to ship materials, it is important to keep tracking numbers of your shipments and locate your materials at the hotel. Virtuoso is not responsible for any shipments nor any fees associated with the shipments.

$10.00++ (per package from 0lbs to 25lbs)
$15.00++ (per package from 26lbs to 50lbs)
$50.00++ (per package from 51lbs to 100lbs)
$75.00++ (per package from 101lbs to 200lbs)
$0.50++ (per pound for any package over 200Ibs)

Storage: Any materials to be sent to the Resort may arrive no earlier than five (5) business days in advance. If storage exceeds this period, a storage fee - based on the weight of the package - will be charged to the attendee as an incidental charge.
