While integrating artificial intelligence and automation may seem counterintuitive to a human-centric approach, strategic use of these tools can actually enhance your processes and better serve your clients. This Deep Dive provides ideas and strategies across the seven steps of the collaborative travel planning process. We will target solutions for each area and provide sample workflows, prompts, and instructions to help you execute what you learn.

Pre-work

Three 20-minute modules, to be completed in Virtuoso Travel Academy prior to attending the live workshop.

Live Workshop

2-hour live virtual Zoom session.

Two time options will be offered, each covering the same content, to accommodate global participation: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
While this workshop will be taught using ChatGPT as the main LLM, the tips and strategies presented will work on other platforms as well.

The author of four books, her latest, Effective Business Communication For Dummies, was released through Wiley in fall 2024.
