What is Virtuoso Mastery Program?

The Virtuoso Mastery Program, a new virtual professional development experience. The inaugural Cruise Top Producers course is designed exclusively for Cruise Community Top Producers and Advisors actively growing their cruise sales.

When and where is the Virtuoso Mastery Program this year?

The inaugural event takes place in the month of October 2025. There are (4) 1-hour long virtual sessions on October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30. Sessions are hosted on Zoom at the same time each time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM US Pacific Time / 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM US Central Time / 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM US Eastern Time.

What can I expect from these 4-week sessions?

Throughout the four-week virtual course, you will have the chance to connect with fellow high-achievers in a collaborative learning environment. Each session will feature a current Cruise Icon and a senior cruise line executive exploring the session’s theme, followed by a quick update from a participating Preferred Partner.

How does an Advisor register for the Mastery Program: Cruise Top Producers course?

The course is open to Cruise Top Producers by invitation only, and capacity is limited to 75 Advisors.

If you qualify, you will receive an email from Virtuoso inviting you to Request to Attend the event.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be approved to move forward and complete your registration.

Request to attend opens on Tuesday, August 26 and registration closes on Friday, September 19, 2025.

What is the cost to participate in the Master Program course?

The course cost is $75 per person for all (4) 1-hour long virtual sessions.

What's the deadline to complete my registration details?

Registration will close on Friday, September 19. 

In the event I'm not longer able to attend, can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Transfers are allowed until Friday, September 19, 2025, however, your replacement must meet qualifying criteria and be reviewed and approved by Virtuoso.
